There are more mobile devices on the planet than people. Mobile app development helps to unleash the full power of mobile devices, and push their usage into every corner of modern society. This course introduces students to important concepts and aspects in mobile application design and development. The course introduces students to programming technologies, design and development related to mobile applications.

Students learn how to develop applications for mobile devices, including smartphones and tablets. Students are introduced to the survey of current mobile platforms, mobile application development environments, mobile device input methods, as well as developing applications for         the two popular mobile platforms (iOS and Android). Students will design and build a variety of Apps throughout the course to reinforce learning and to develop real competency.

Topics include accessing device capabilities, industry standards, operating systems, and programming for mobile applications using an OS Software Development Kit (SDK). Upon completion, students should be able to create basic applications for mobile devices. They should also be able to debug and test mobile applications using different programming languages.

Course Schedule:

Twice Weekly, 2 hours per Class. Morning, evening and Weekend Courses are available.

Cost:

3 Month Certificate: One Hundred and Thirty Thousand Naira (N130, 000) – 100% tuition must be paid before commencing class.

6 Month Diploma: Two Hundred and Ninety Five Thousand (N295, 000) – a minimum of 70% must be paid before commencing class.

Advance Diploma (One year): Nine Hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira (N950, 000) – a minimum of 70% must be paid before commencing class.

Bonus Courses:

The Creative Entrepreneurship Program (CEP01) and Applied Art Course (DRAW1) are bonus courses for all our students, they are also mandatory.

Accommodation:

Hostel Accommodation is available at the rate of N20, 000 monthly, payment must however be made for your entire course duration at once.

Crash This Course: You can crash this course into two weeks by taking classes for 10 days at a stretch – you will spend 5 hours each day in school. The cost for this is Two Hundred Thousand Naira (N200, 000).

Students who wish to spend additional 3 months for advance skills and internship with our app designers should enrol for the 6 MONTH CREATIVE DIPLOMA (this comes with a second course which could be any of WEB & GRAPHICS DESIGN, GAME DESIGN, ANIMATION OR VIDEO EDITING). And those who want to study for one year period should enrol for the ONE YEAR ADVANCE DIPLOMA COURSE – (this comes with three other courses, which could be any three of WEB DESIGN, GAME DESIGN, ANIMATION & VIDEO EDITING).
